Our 2023 Chardonnay is effortlessly approachable, with a soft, balanced acidity that invites easy drinking. The fruit-forward character is complemented by gentle, integrated oak, while malolactic fermentation adds a subtle creaminess to the finish. A moderate crop has allowed for a nice depth of flavour, showcasing the vineyard's unique expression in this vintage.
