TOR is an old English term for a prominent rocky outcrop or peak, many of which stand sentinel over the vines at Granite Hills. Wines under this label represent the pinnacle of our winemaking. Made from grapes hand selected from our oldest vines planted in 1971 and 1972. Over five decades, these vines have consistently produced the most refined and enduring Riesling from Granite Hills. Made entirely from free run Riesling juice.
